Nutrition

Broth (bone broth: 33.6% (water, chicken bones, pork bones, onion, fish maw: 0.2%), soybean oil mixture (water, soybean oil), Hinde Mirin Sweet Cooking Sauce, miso dashi sauce, sugar, flavor enhancer (INS 621), iodized salt); udon noodles: 28.5%; minced pork topping (pork, vegetable oil, spring onion, seasoning powder, soy sauce, oyster mushrooms, Mirin Sweet Cooking Sauce); bok choy; spring onion; garlic.

Manual

Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours.
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the product packaging, then reheat using one of the following methods:
- Place the product in a microwave and heat for about 30 seconds - 4 minutes 30 seconds.
- Put the product in a pot, add 4 tablespoons of water, and heat evenly on the stove; once it comes to a boil, continue cooking for about 1 - 2 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the product packaging, then reheat using one of the following methods:
- Place the product in a microwave and heat for about 7- 9 minutes.
- Put the product in a pot, cover and cook for 4 - 6 minutes; add 4 tablespoons of water, bring to a boil, then continue cooking for about 1 - 2 minutes.

Preservision

Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
