Nutrition

Broth (bone broth (water, chicken bones), sugar, shrimp paste, seasoning powder, flavor enhancer (INS 621), synthetic color (INS 110)); rice vermicelli: 26.7% (rice vermicelli, synthetic color (INS 110)); water spinach; sour fish; crab roe cake (frozen): 4.5% (field crab: 60%, chicken egg, pork, fried shallots); fried tofu; snail balls; pork; spring onion; sawtooth coriander; annatto oil (vegetable oil, annatto seeds); chili.

Manual

Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 5 hours,
- Thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the outer bag, then reheat using one of the following methods:
- Put the product into a bowl and heat in a microwave for about 3 - 4 minutes.
- Put the product into a pot, add 3 tablespoons of water, and cook until it comes to a boil, then continue cooking for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the outer bag, then reheat the product using one of the following methods:
- Put the product into a bowl, place the broth portion on top of the rice vermicelli, and heat in a microwave for about 7 - 8 minutes.
- Put the product into a pot, add 3 tablespoons of water, place the broth portion on top of the rice vermicelli, cover, and cook until it comes to a boil, then continue cooking for about 2 - 3 minutes.

Preservision

Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
