Salted Fish & Chicken Fried Rice

Rice: 72.1% (rice, water); chicken egg; cabbage; chicken meat: 4.3%; vegetable oil; spring onion; salted dried mackerel: 2.1% (mackerel, salt); fried garlic (vegetable oil, garlic); seasoning powder; soy sauce; flavor enhancer (INS 621); sugar; pepper.
Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours,
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Steam/boil in pouch: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 7 - 8 minutes.
- Pan-searing: Pour the product into a small pan and heat while stirring gently for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Steam/boil in pouch: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 14 - 15 minutes.
Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
