Nutrition

Rice: 73.1% (rice, water); mixed vegetables: 11.6%; vegetable oil; seafood: 7.6% (squid, diced fish cake, diced crab-flavored fish cake, dried shrimp); garlic-fried chili powder; vegetable oil; seasoning powder; flavor enhancer (INS 621); iodized salt; sugar; pepper; turmeric powder.

Manual

Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours.
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
- Steaming: Place the unopened inner pouch in a steamer; steam for 7 - 8 minutes.
- Pan-frying (stir/heating in a pan): Pour the product into a pan; stir gently while heating/cooking on the stove for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Steaming: Place the unopened inner pouch in a steamer; steam for 14 - 15 minutes.

Preservision

Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
