Kimchi Fried Rice

Rice: 63.4% (rice, water); kimchi: 12.6%; sausage; carrot; vegetable oil; sugar; spring onion; seasoning powder; flavor enhancer (INS 621); chili extract.
Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours.
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
- Or place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 7 - 8 minutes.
- Or pour the product into a small pan and heat while stirring gently for about 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Or place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 14 -15 minutes.
Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
