Salmon: 66.67%; green pepper sauce: 33.33% (water, vegetable powder, oyster sauce, chili sauce, green peppercorns: 3.17%, stabilizer (INS 1414), refined sugar, garlic, flavor enhancers (INS 621, INS 631, INS 627)).
- Thaw naturally.
- Grill at 170°C–180°C for 15–20 minutes using a charcoal grill or oven.
- Pan-fry until evenly golden, then remove and drain excess oil.
- Heat the green pepper sauce sachet and pour over the fish before serving.
